Severe Wether Outlook in Iowa

The severe threat has been trimmed back by the Storm Prediction Center. The greatest area of concern now includes a portion of western Iowa and southeastern Nebraska. The greatest threat will be damaging wind gusts, and heavy rain, but an isolated tornado or two may be possible early on in Nebraska.

Locations in Iowa impacted include: Storm Lake, Harlan, Denison, Carroll, Red Oak, Onawa, Ida Grove, Woodbine, Avoca, Holstein, Cherokee, Moville, Missouri Valley, Neola, Oakland, Carson, Treynor, Silver City, Logan, Persia, Dunlap, Moorhead, and Charter Oak.
