Gusty Winds Expected Tuesday 11/21

Iowa Wind Advisory

The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory, which is in effect from 6 AM to 1 PM CST Tuesday. The strongest winds are expected Tuesday morning. Winds will be sustained out of the northwest at 25 to 30-mph with gusts near 45-mph.

Travel may be hazardous, especially for high profile vehicles. Lightweight unsecured objects may be blown around. A wind advisory means that sustained winds of 30-mph are expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
