Flash Flooding Possible Tuesday Across Western Iowa

Excessive Rainfall Outlook for Iowa

A line of thunderstorms will impact western Iowa on Tuesday. Severe weather may be a possibility, but the bigger concern will be the potential for flash flooding. Thunderstorms will enter western Iowa after 4pm Tuesday and will bring the potential for heavy rainfall. Rainfall accumulations of 1 to 2 inches will be likely, with isolated higher amounts.
