Dense Fog Advisory Iowa

Dense fog expected overnight. A northward moving warm front will provide the focus for dense fog to develop overnight. Expect visibilities below one quarter mile. Visibilities should improve by late Saturday morning. As the warm front continues north, dense fog could develop along and north of interstate 80, and the advisory may need to be expanded during the overnight hours.

Visibilities will be one quarter mile or less. Poor visibilities will cause hazardous travel conditions. A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
