Bitter cold wind chills will be likely again on Monday morning. Wind chill advisories and warnings have been issued for much of the state.
A wind chill advisory will be in effect until 9am Monday. Winds will be out of the northwest at 10 to 20mph. Air temperatures will be in the single digits above and below zero, with wind chills of around 20 below zero. Frostbite can occur to exposed skin within 30 minutes or less.
